Anxiety and low mood look different for everyone

You might feel on edge, flat or tired most of the time. Worry might keep you up at night, or everyday things might feel harder than they used to.

Anxiety and depression are common. They can build up slowly or arrive after a big change, and they don't always have a clear cause.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to work it out on your own.

How we can work together

  • Talk it through

A calm, private space to talk about what's on your mind, without judgement or rush.

  • Build strategies that fit your life

We work with you on practical ways to manage worry, low mood and stress, like sleep, routines and the moments that feel overwhelming.

  • Go at your own pace

You choose what we talk about and when. Progress can look different for everyone.

Common questions

Can I use my NDIS plan for counselling?

Yes. Counselling is most commonly funded under Improved Daily Living in your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. We work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed plans. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what your plan includes.

How much does counselling cost?

Private sessions are available at a set rate. Private health rebates may also apply, depending on your provider. Get in touch and we'll let you know the current fee.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

That's okay. You're welcome to call and ask questions first. There's no pressure to book.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you share is kept private. There are a few rare exceptions, like when someone's safety is at risk or the law requires us to share information. Your counsellor will explain these in your first session.

What do I need for a telehealth session?

You'll need a quiet, private space and a phone, tablet or computer. For video sessions, your device will need a camera. Before your first session, we'll send you a link to join and simple instructions.
